Since the first day of my career I have been in the business development & consultancy. From what I've learned. It's not about B2B anymore, I believe in Human to Human. Through this mindset I believe that interactions are embedded with respect, ethics, as well as empathy. Some of my family are doctors and has taught me a lot of sentimental values. Such as if it's not necessary do not consume medicine. We cannot please everyone, but when there is an opportunity to help; go for that path. I have pledged my life to healthcare. As per today I could say that I value evidence and impact rather than revenue. The why matters more than the what. My tip is on every line of business, always remember your purpose. If you have no purpose do not bother continuing what you are doing. Understand with empathy, speak with wisdom, execute with sincerity. Cheers!
