Alvianto Roeseno

Currently working as Spatial Management Officer in SHEEP Indonesia Foundation. . Experienced in responding to disasters such as earthquakes in West Sulawesi (2021) and volcano eruption in East Java (2020); also empowering communities to combat climate risks through Community-based Climate Change Adaptation Program in Bandung District, West Java as Project Manager. Related to disaster preparedness, I have facilitated participatory disaster and climate risk in various villages and regions including, Central Sulawesi, West Nusa Tenggara, and West Java. Also, I have developed a participatory early warning system in the Bogor and Bandung districts. Graduated from BSc Forestry Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2019. Passionate in building community resilience to combat disaster risks and climate change. In October 2025, I will pursue my Master's Degree in Joint Master of Science in Geography of Environmental Risks and Human Security (M.Sc.) at Universität Bonn and the United Nations University - Institute for Environment and Human Security (UNU-EHS), Germany.
