Agung Satria Antonov

My name is Agung Satria Antonov, and I have built my career in the fields of Human Resources, General Affairs, and Finance & Tax. I started my professional journey as a Field Admin Supervisor at PT Wijaya Karya, then transitioned into accounting and tax roles, before discovering my passion for people management and HR strategy. Over the past few years, I’ve held HRD & GA roles in both established and growing companies—developing expertise in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and HR administration. Currently, I serve as the HRD & GA Manager at PT Muda Mudi Interaksi, where I lead full-cycle HR operations while ensuring smooth general affairs and budgeting functions. I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where I can implement structured systems while still being flexible to change. My career goal is to grow into a senior strategic HR leadership role, ideally in an organization that values people development, innovation, and integrity. I’m passionate about building healthy, high-performing workplace cultures and aligning HR strategies with business growth. I’m also open to working in greenfield or transformative environments where I can contribute from the ground up.
