Agata Hidayat

Agata Samuel Hidayat has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent position as a Senior Human Resources at OpenWay in 2019. In this role, they assisted management in improving HR processes, internal operations, and policies. Agata Samuel also directed and coordinated various HR activities such as employment, recruitment, employee development, and performance evaluations. Prior to that, Agata worked as a Community Specialist at TDCX - Thailand Office from 2018 to 2019.
