Hi! I'm Achmad Fajrul Falah, but most people just call me Afa. I'm an HR practitioner currently working as a Junior HR Manager at PT Bumi Tekno Indonesia and Paperless Hospital, where I handle everything from recruitment and training to employee development and performance management. Over the past few years, I’ve been actively helping job seekers and young professionals navigate their career paths, upgrade their job-hunting strategies, and grow their confidence in the workplace. My passion for career development actually started back in college when I served as the President of the Student Executive Board (BEM) at UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. Leading a student organization taught me a lot about leadership, building strong teams, and creating programs that empower others, skills that continue to shape my work in HR and mentoring today. Outside of my 9-to-5, I love sharing career insights and HR tips through educational content on LinkedIn, Threads, and Instagram. Whether it’s how to write a killer CV, prepare for an interview, or understand your strengths using personality tools like DISC, I enjoy making career advice feel simple, relevant, and fun—especially for Gen Z and first-jobbers. As a mentor, I focus on real talk and practical support. I’ve guided many individuals in understanding their career direction, preparing for transitions, and even taking their first steps toward becoming HR professionals or assessors themselves.
