Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Operate the WMS for inbound, outbound, return and inventory control activities in a B2C e-commerce warehouse environment.
Execute receiving, putaway, quality checks, picking, packing, shipping and return processes in accordance with WMS flows and SOPs.
Ensure accurate transaction recording and maintain data accuracy within the system.
Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and process stock adjustments in the WMS.
Oversee activities including wave planning, sorting, checking, packing, handover, movement, replenishment, inventory transfer, and handling lost and damaged stock.
Identify and report operational or system issues to senior team members.
Support daily operational improvement initiatives to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Kualifikasi

Have a minimum of 2–3 years experience operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in a B2C e-commerce warehouse environment.
Have a strong understanding of inbound, outbound, return and inventory processes.
