The Website Development Strategy Lead is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the company’s e-commerce website to enhance user experience, optimize conversion rates, and support business growth.
Job Description
- Define the e-commerce website strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive website growth and support omnichannel initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in website development, digital strategy, or e-commerce management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
- Solid knowledge and strong understanding of e-commerce supply chain processes (order management, fulfillment, inventory flow, last-mile delivery).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
