The Website Product Owner is responsible for owning the website as a strategic product that supports business and campaign objectives. This role acts as the product owner for the website, ensuring every campaign is supported with the right content, user experience, tracking, and optimization to maximize impact.
The role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Growth, CRM, and Technology teams to translate campaign and business needs into a prioritized web roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the website product vision, roadmap, and backlog;
- Act as the main decision-maker for website-related priorities;
- Balance business goals, campaign needs, user experience, and technical constraints;
- Define success metrics for website initiatives and campaigns;
- Partner with campaign teams early to ensure web readiness;
- Define landing page, content, UX, and conversion requirements;
- Ensure tracking, tagging, and attribution are properly implemented;
- Identify opportunities where the website can amplify campaign performance;
- Work with Brand and Content teams to define page structure, messaging, and hierarchy;
- Ensure consistency in UX, design, and tone across campaigns;
- Optimize user journeys from entry point to conversion;
- Define tracking requirements for campaigns and website features;
- Ensure accurate data capture for performance measurement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in Informatics Engineering/Information Systems, from a prominent university;
- 1-3 years of working experience in the field of product management/website;
- Good communication and collaboration skill;
- Good understanding of business, brand and product management;
- Able to prioritize appropriately and adapt quickly;
- Having knowledge of Product strategy, roadmapping, and backlog management;
- Website content & user experience planning;
- Digital marketing fundamentals (campaign funnels, conversion journeys, attribution);
- Technically capable in handling web analytics, tracking, and performance measurement, including SEO and conversion optimization;
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS concepts).
