Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist Waste Station operators with daily administrative tasks and on-the-ground operational activities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and manage inventory requirements across all regional Waste Stations to ensure seamless service
- Customer Experience: Act as a bridge between Customer Service and waste stations to resolve escalated complaints and improve the user experience
- Financial Administration: Prepare, process, and track reimbursement documents, ensuring timely submission and coordination with the Finance team
Kualifikasi
- Final-year student or Fresh Graduate (S1) majoring in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- A basic understanding of operational process and inventory management
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proactive, able to work independently, and thrives in a collaborative team environment
