Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage the night-shift warehouse team (40+ members) throughout the shift.
- Make operational decisions related to night-time shipping.
- Oversee inbound, putaway, picking, and packing processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate across teams and shifts to ensure operational targets are met.
- Analyze and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Male, under 40 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering preferred (other majors considered).
- 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor, or minimum 2 years as a Senior Supervisor.
- Experience managing a team of 40 or more people.
- Understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, putaway, picking, and packing.
- Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) or PDT.
- Proficient in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM).
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, and effective communication.
- Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Owns a personal vehicle.
- Willing to work night shifts until early morning, 5 working days / 2 days off.
