Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage a team of warehouse staff and oversee the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, dispensing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure that goods storage and handling procedures are followed correctly in accordance with established operational standards.
- Keep an eye on inventory regularly and make stock adjustments if needed.
- Ensure availability and efficient use of warehouse equipment and resources.
- Manage documentation required for warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and selling goods.
- Reporting warehouse performance periodically to management and providing recommendations for operational improvement.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (K3) regulations in the warehouse environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the same or equivalent position in the logistics or warehousing industry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operational processes and warehouse management systems.
- Good leadership skills and skills in managing and inspiring teams.
- Strong analytical ability and ability to take decisions quickly and precisely.
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of K3 regulations and standards.
- Minimum Diploma III education, preferably in Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields.
