Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager with expertise in personal care & skincare manufacturing? Join us at PT Unza Vitalis (Wipro Unza Indonesia) and take charge of our warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency to support high-quality production and distribution!
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials & finished goods.
- Take full responsibility to deliver shipments to all distributor and export market.
- Maintain inventory accuracy for skincare & personal care ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Ensure proper handling and storage to maintain product quality & compliance with industry regulations.
- Implement best practices in warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring high productivity & adherence to safety protocols.
- Work closely with Production, Quality Control, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor KPIs, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in personal care, skincare, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Familiar with SAP & Warehouse Management System
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in handling temperature-sensitive and high-quality raw materials is a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Has ability to drive team and process improvement.
- Familiarity with safety regulations/ISO Integrated Management System and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in warehouse operations.
- Willing to be placed in Salatiga, Central Java
