- Develop and execute a comprehensive warehouse strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Leverage technology and automation to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Implement robust inventory management systems to maintain accurate records and optimize stock levels.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance against established goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operations, products, and procedures within the specific division.
- Oversee staff performance, training, and career development.
- Prepare regular warehouse operational reports and analyze data to improve efficiency.
- Communicate with vendors and third parties regarding warehouse and operational needs.
- Identify and resolve problems that may arise in warehouse operations.
- Provide recommendations to management to improve warehouse workflow and operational systems.
- Maintain efficient inbound and outbound logistics KPIs at the most optimal cost.
- Responsible for inventory (including stock quantity, accuracy, and safety stock).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse or Logistics Manager in medium to large-sized companies.
- Proficient in data processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, strong time management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading at least 5 supervisors or a total of 500+ employees.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify problems and find effective solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have a proven track record in applying lean principles and Six Sigma to optimize order fulfillment processes and drive operational excellence.
