Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of frozen storage, ensuring proper handling, storage, and dispatch of frozen products.
  2. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, stock rotation (FIFO), and accuracy of frozen goods.
  3. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining temperature controls and optimal conditions for frozen goods.
  4. Collaborate with procurement, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  5. Implement and optimize warehouse procedures, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  6. Monitor and manage KPIs related to warehouse performance, including order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and shrinkage rates.
  7. Lead, trained, and develop the warehouse team to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
  8. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment is functioning and that cold chain integrity is maintained.

Kualifikasi

  1. Proven experience in warehouse management, particularly in frozen or cold storage.
  2. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management in quick commerce.
  3. Familiarity with food safety regulations and cold chain management.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  6. Understanding of food safety and quality control standards.
  7. Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
