Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for managing operational in all processes (receiving, internal movement, delivery, and shipment ) aligned with company policies to achieve target KPIs
Managing people (approximately 100 staffs, with 4 direct structural team) include capability development
Work closely with other parties such as SCM (planning and fulfillment team), purchasing, production manufacturing, innovation team, and others

Kualifikasi

Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
Have 10 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor in FMCG / Plastic / Chemical Company
Excellent understanding of Warehouse Management, Logistics Management, Inventory Management, K3L
Experience in handle subordinates with strong leadership skill
Willing to work placement in Karawang
