- Strategic Technology Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear technology vision and strategy that supports the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Technology Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential to enhance the organization's competitive advantage and recommending their adoption as appropriate.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet quality standards.
- Security and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, safeguarding the organization's data and technology assets.
- Vendor and Resource Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and make informed decisions regarding the acquisition of technology resources and services.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment and align with the company's financial goals.
Kualifikasi
The Vice President of Technology will be responsible for leading and overseeing the company's technology strategy, including IT strategy, project management, and strategic planning. The role will involve day-to-day management of the technology department and collaborating with other teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus
- Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in senior technology leadership roles in IT industries
- Strong track record of developing and executing technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
- Analytical Skills, IT Strategy, and Project Management skills
- Experience in strategic planning and technology leadership
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, strong communication and collaboration skills
- In-depth knowledge of current technology trends, including cloud computing, infrastructure, network, AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
