Sales Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Set ambitious sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs while ensuring consistent achievement.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
Revenue Growth and Pipeline Management:
- Identify and drive new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Oversee pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and sales initiatives.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the customer’s voice to ensure the product and services meet market demands.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use analytics and insights to refine sales processes, identify market trends, and improve sales team performance.
- Leverage CRM tools to maintain accountability and visibility into sales activities and results.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Work with the leadership team to develop pricing models, product positioning, and market expansion strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record as a sales leader in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
- Strong ability to scale sales teams and processes in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales metrics, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Data-driven decision-making ability and proficiency in CRM tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
