Volunteer Recruiter Intern

What you’ll do:

• Market our volunteer programs and achieve volunteer recruitment targets.
• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Brainstorm and create engaging marketing content and promotional materials for volunteering opportunities.
• Research and identify potential volunteer communities, universities, organizations, and platforms for outreach.
• Conduct outreach to prospective volunteers and maintain an organized contact database.
• Respond to volunteer inquiries and nurture applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor application numbers, conversion rates, and recruitment performance, then prepare regular reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate the volunteer onboarding process, including organizing WhatsApp groups, sharing orientation and training materials, and collecting required forms and feedback.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand volunteer needs and ensure recruitment aligns with program requirements.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the volunteer recruitment journey and overall candidate experience.
