Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Individual & Group Instruction: Deliver inspiring lessons that cover technique, theory, repertoire, and musical interpretation.
  • Progress Tracking: Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
  • Performance Opportunities: Prepare students for recitals, concerts, and other performance opportunities to showcase their talents.
  • School Community Involvement: Participate in school events, workshops, and collaborations to create a vibrant musical community.
  • Curriculum Design & Implementation: Develop engaging and comprehensive lesson plans and activities, tailored to individual student needs and skill levels.

Kualifikasi

  1. Musical Expertise:
  2. Bachelor in Music Education or Performance (Vocal major) preferred, or equivalent experience.
  3. Having other Vocal performance/teaching certifications is a plus.
  4. Teaching Experience: Demonstrated experience teaching piano to students of various ages, abilities, and settings.
  5. Passion & Patience: Committed to excellence in educating especially in music, encouraging approach to teaching, and providing a safe environment for students.
  6. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students and parents.
  7. Creativity: Ability to design engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles.
  8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
