Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and set up store displays to ensure they are attractive, engaging, and reflect the store’s brand.
- Strategically place products to maximise visibility and sales, and regularly update and maintain displays to keep them fresh and appealing.
- Create and update displays and signage for seasonal events, holidays, and promotions, ensuring consistency with the store's brand image and guidelines.
- Analyse sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of displays and make necessary adjustments based on insights.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices, staying updated on the latest trends and competitor strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising Management.
- Background in retail operations or a convenience store setting is mandatory.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for design, color, and style, and proficiency with visual merchandising software and tools.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure displays are precise and visually appealing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store management, train staff, and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Good initiative, full of ideas, and the ability to work proactively.
