  • Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation

  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints related to visa applications

Kualifikasi

  • Experience in abroad visa application and customer-facing roles is a MUST
  • Familiar with visa requirements for multiple countries
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
