Position Overview:
Are you a digital marketing enthusiast ready to make a real impact? We are seeking an experienced and motivated SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to handle digital marketing efforts. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive brand growth, engagement, and lead generation.
What You'll Do:
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Craft and launch digital marketing campaigns across different channels like SEM, SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Research keywords, write attention-grabbing ad copy, and manage paid search campaigns to attract the right audience and generate leads.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Keep a close eye on campaign performance using key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and share your insights on what's working and what could be improved.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and landing page copy.
- Make sure all content is optimized for search engines and reflects our brand's voice.
- Manage our social media channels and interact with followers to build brand awareness and create a community.
Kualifikasi
Must-haves:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing, with a focus on generating leads is preferrable.
- Strong analytical skills focused on data-driven outcomes and ROI.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- A self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- A desire to lead and stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field are a plus.
