Reemotely is hiring experienced Virtual Assistants to support our clients across a variety of business functions. If you have prior VA experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment, this is an opportunity to grow your career while working fully remotely.
We are currently looking for Virtual Assistants in these areas:
- Executive Support
- Procurement
- Finance & Accounting
- Client Success & Administration
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative, operational, and client-facing support depending on your assigned role.
- Manage schedules, communications, and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support procurement processes, finance tasks, or client engagement activities.
- Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate with global teams using remote collaboration tools.
Kualifikasi
- Previous Virtual Assistant experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Canva, Figma; accounting tools like Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho are a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
Remote Work Readiness:
- Laptop/PC with minimum 4GB RAM (tablet devices also accepted).
- Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps, verified via Ookla speed test).
- Working microphone & earphones.
- Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
