General Administrative Support

  • Organize and manage digital files and records to ensure accurate and efficient filing systems.
  • Handle internal and external communications, manage emails, and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up materials.

Document and Proposal Management

  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and reviewing documents, reports, and presentations to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Support the creation of proposals and presentations by gathering required materials, proofreading content, and formatting documents.
  • Maintain and update templates for proposals, reports, and other key business documents.

Accounting and Financial Assistance

  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, expense tracking, and managing receipts.
  • Help process invoices, ensure accurate billing, and follow up on outstanding payments as needed.
  • Organize and store financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and statements, for easy access and record-keeping.

Reporting and Data Management

  • Compile and organize data for reports, including weekly summaries and monthly performance updates.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and other tracking tools to support various business functions.
  • Support the management team by preparing summaries and other documentation needed for decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with document and file management tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous approach.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing data, documents, and communications.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) or basic accounting knowledge.
  • Experience in preparing business proposals or supporting sales/marketing teams.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and tools for remote work.
