Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Understand the clients needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to maintain a positive relationship.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to better serve clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of products or services to enhance their understanding and usage.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions.
- Generate regular reports on client satisfaction, account health, and other relevant metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client interactions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Eagerness to learn about industry trends and market conditions.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and generating client satisfaction reports.
