Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Curriculum Design & Implementation: Develop engaging and comprehensive lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and skill levels.
Individual & Group Instruction: Deliver inspiring lessons that cover technique, theory, repertoire, and musical interpretation.
Progress Tracking: Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
Performance Opportunities: Prepare students for recitals, concerts, and other performance opportunities to showcase their talents.
School Community Involvement: Participate in school events, workshops, and collaborations to create a vibrant musical community.

Kualifikasi

Musical Expertise:
Bachelor in Music Education or Performance (Violin Major) preferred, or equivalent experience.
Having other Violin performance/teaching certifications is a plus.
Teaching Experience: Demonstrated experience teaching violin to students of various ages and abilities.
Passion & Patience: A genuine love for music and a patient, encouraging approach to teaching.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students and parents.
Creativity: Ability to design engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
