About the Role
Vidio is expanding into interactive and social commerce to create engaging and seamless shopping experiences for our audience on our platform. As a Shopping Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of Vidio Shopping, from identifying trending products and brand partners to driving campaigns that increase engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Sourcing: Proactively engage with potential brand partners in diverse sectors (e.g., Electronics, Beauty, Fashion) to integrate their products into the Vidio Shopping Affiliate & official store
- Focus on brands whose offerings align well with trending items and Vidio's highly-viewed content, such as live Sports, Sinetron and Vidio Originals, to maximize visibility and Orders
- Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure "Stacked" commission tiers, specifically targeting "Xtra Commissions" from brands
- Exclusive Pricing & Vouchers: Negotiate "Vidio-Only" exclusive pricing and vouchers that ensure our platform offers the lowest price compared to other e-commerce competitors
- Store Curation: Collaborate with the operations team to curate "Hero SKUs" for the Official Vidio Store, ensuring a rotation of high-demand products that drive impulsive purchases
- Inventory Barter Management: Facilitate "Inventory for Discount" barters, such as exchanging premium ad inventory (prerolls, banners) for exclusive product discounts from brands.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and scale long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including brand owners and major aggregators like Shopee
- Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and "Double Date" or "Payday" campaign cycles to align brand deals with peak engagement moments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, live commerce, business development or partnership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven understanding of the Affiliate Commerce ecosystem and commission structures (Direct vs. Indirect orders, Xtra Commissions, etc.)
- E-commerce Savvy: A deep interest in current market trends; knowing which items are "viral" or in high demand is highly preferred
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record in Client-Facing negotiations and pitching
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "Big Picture"—understanding how content consumption (watching a match or series) can be converted into a shopping transaction.
- Network: Existing access or a strong network within brand principals or agencies (access to Emtek Group partners/clients is a plus)
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data to monitor partnership performance, and commission growth
