- Collaborate with creative, marketing, or brand teams to understand video requirements.
- Ensure all videos align with brand identity and campaign objectives across various formats.
- Develop video concepts and manage editing from start to finish.
- Assemble and trim footage to ensure a logical flow and engaging storytelling.
- Add music, dialogue, graphics, text, and effects to enhance the final product.
- Assist the studio team in setting up and dismantling equipment (lighting, cameras, props, backdrops, etc.).
- Support photo and video shoots by preparing sets, organizing props, and handling production logistics.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure equipment is stored properly after use.
- Monitor and manage cables, lighting adjustments, and other on-set needs during shoots.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Videographer or Video Editor in commercial production.
- Proficient in Davinci Resolve, After Effects, and Capcut (understanding lighting setup or camera operation is a plus).
- Strong understanding of web video formats, trends, and editing styles; highly proficient in motion graphics and text animation.
- Stay updated on new editing tools and techniques to improve production quality.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong communication and prioritization skills.
- Physically fit to lift, move, and set up equipment.
- Good time management and flexibility to adapt to changing shoot schedules.
- Responsible, punctual, and proactive in assisting with studio needs.
