About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Videographer to join our Marketing & Creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing and producing high-quality video content that supports the company's branding, marketing campaigns, product promotions, events, and social media presence. This requires Agility to adapt to fast-paced production sets and changing creative briefs. You will work closely with the creative team to bring ideas into visually engaging content, ensuring Honesty in representation and deep Empathy for our audience's viewing experience.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute video shoots with Agility for marketing campaigns, company events, product launches, interviews, and social media content.
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, gimbals, and other production tools.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams with empathy and open communication to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Capture high-quality footage in both indoor and outdoor environments, adapting quickly to changing conditions.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, composition, and audio quality during production to create authentic, high-integrity content.
- Manage and organize video equipment and production assets with Honesty and care.
- Coordinate shooting schedules, locations, and production logistics smoothly.
- Assist in basic video editing when necessary.
- Demonstrate Agility by staying updated with the latest videography techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
- Ensure all video productions align with the company's branding guidelines and project timelines.
Kualifikasi
What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Film, Communication, Broadcasting, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Videographer (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in operating DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras, drones (licensed is a plus), and supporting production equipment.
- Good understanding of camera settings, lighting techniques, audio recording, and composition.
- Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Experience in shooting content for social media, digital marketing, and corporate branding with a sense of visual Empathy for the audience.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills and an Honest approach to brand narratives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for on-site production when required.
- Portfolio demonstrating videography and production work is required.
