Position : Video Editor (TikTok)

Job Description

• Edit digital video content (main responsibility) for TikTok and other social media platforms in accordance with the director/producer’s brief and brand requirements.
• Conduct video shooting for makeup and skincare content when required, including basic setup for angles, lighting, and framing.
• Independently develop and execute creative content ideas based on briefs, trending topics, and current social media trends.
• Optimize video edits by applying a strong understanding of video pacing, trending music, transitions, and short-form storytelling.
• Summarize and structure editing frameworks from raw footage to produce engaging and high-performing content.
• Analyze content performance (views, watch time, engagement) and iterate or optimize videos based on performance data.
• Maintain a high standard of visual quality aligned with the brand’s identity and aesthetic.
