Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Investment and business development activities for hydro, solar and other renewable energy sources including but not limited to conduct the following:
- Representing the Group Company(ies) in conducting communication and negotiation with partners and/or potential clients throughout the business development stage as well as grow long-lasting relationships
- Conducting and managing debt raising activities (including sourcing)
- Conducting project feasibility analysis (including assessment on commercial/financial and legal aspects)
- Leading contracts negotiation (including but not limited to joint development agreement, rental agreement etc.)
- Leading the sourcing, execution, monitoring of investment and business development process
- Consulting & Advisory activities including but not limited to creating deliverables for internal and clients, conducting market research, liaising with clients or potential clients (mostly Indonesian companies), performing financial modelling, and supporting due diligence process.
- Represent Alamport in external events, build networking and manage multi-stakeholder relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background: Bachelor Degree (S1) from a recognized university. Master Degree (S2) in any discipline will be an advantage
- At least (6) six years working experience related to renewable energy industry field and/or financial service and/or similar field with the familiarity of quantitative analysis
- Experienced in senior role for financial advisory and/or investment execution and/or project finance and/or fund raising
- Demonstrated skills in analysis, problem-solving, communication, and relationship building
- A sound understanding of the Indonesian energy market, especially renewable energy, will be an advantage
- Competency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both speaking and writing).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
