Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the performance of desk collection vendors and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports to vendors.
- Conduct training sessions for collection vendors to enhance their efficiency and compliance.
- Visit vendors and collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement audit plans and schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Skilled in data analysis, report preparation, and public speaking.
- Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Indonesia for up to one week at a time.
- At least 2 years of experience in desk collections or related roles.
- Quick learner with strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and self-motivation.
