Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and supervise the Vehicle Registration team in managing end-to-end vehicle registration processes for 2-wheeler operations.
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and processing of vehicle registration documents, including STNK, BPKB, and other related documents.
- Ensure all vehicle registration documents are accurate, complete, properly maintained, and processed within the required timeline.
- Coordinate with Samsat, dealers, leasing companies, and other relevant external parties to ensure smooth registration processes.
- Monitor the team's registration progress, identify potential issues or delays, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of vehicle registration status, documentation, and outstanding cases.
- Develop and improve registration procedures and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and minimize errors.
- Ensure the team complies with company policies, SOPs, and applicable vehicle registration regulations.
- Lead, coach, and monitor team performance to achieve operational targets and service levels.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to management regarding registration progress, issues, and team performance.
Kualifikasi
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in vehicle registration, vehicle administration, documentation, or related fields.
- Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of STNK, BPKB, Samsat processes, and vehicle registration procedures.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially when dealing with external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
