In this full-time, hybrid role, you will leverage your 1-3 years of experience to uncover user needs, validate product concepts, and drive data-informed design decisions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating research findings into actionable insights that enhance user experience and product success. Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in UX research, product research, or a similar role.
- Proven experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and ethnographic research.
- Proficiency in survey design and analysis, as well as qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Experience with journey mapping, persona development, and research synthesis & reporting.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with wireframing & prototyping tools is a plus.
