- Develop comprehensive research plans
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing sessions, surveys, and other research activities
- Support usability testing, moderating sessions, analyzing results, and providing actionable recommendations for design improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research aligns with product goals and user needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research methods, trends, and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills as proven by portfolio
- Able to express ideas with strong communication skill
- Familiarity with UX research and usability principles.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
