- Oversee daily feedlot operations, ensuring e;iciency in livestock management, procurement, and distribution.
- Analyze operational workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, animal welfare, and food safety standards.
- Monitor and assess business performance metrics, budgets, and operational reports.
- Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and production teams to streamline business processes.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Animal Science, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in agribusiness operations, livestock management, or consulting.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain processes, feedlot operations, and livestock nutrition.
- Passion: A keen interest in sustainable and e;icient livestock production.
