- Conduct and regularly update competitive research, identifying market trends, product updates, and user engagement strategies.
- Prepare clear, structured reports to communicate findings and actionable recommendations.
- Lead content iteration for chatbot and robocall scripts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness in user communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign objectives and contribute to impactful messaging development.
- Support localization efforts by ensuring communication styles align with local market preferences.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of work experience in user operations, customer engagement, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of turning research findings into clear, actionable reports.
- Experience with chatbot/robocall script development and user engagement tools.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is highly preferred for cross-border collaboration.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
