Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Competitor App Research
- Download and explore competitor lending/fintech apps (BNPL, P2P, etc.).
- Document user flow (registration, loan application, repayment, promos, etc.).
- Analyze product features, UI/UX, pricing, and communication strategies.
- Create comparative reports and highlight unique features or gaps.
2. Operational Assistance
- Support in labeling or categorizing communication materials (e.g., WhatsApp messages, in-app messages).
- Organize and maintain competitor and user insight databases.
Kualifikasi
- University student or recent graduate (preferably in Business, Communication, Psychology, or related field).
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity to explore.
- Able to structure findings clearly in slides or spreadsheets.
- Basic understanding of fintech or digital products is a plus.
- Proficient in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia (bonus if also understands Chinese).
