Responsibilities:
People chosen to participate in a management trainee program will receive the company-specific training and on-the-job experience they need to assume a position. As a management trainee you will learn supervisory and technical skills that are in alignment with the company's value and operational strategies.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from Management, Economics, and related field (minimum GPA 3,00)
- Passionate about developing career in FMCG industry
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, excellent in leadership & communication skills
- Have a Growth Mindset, Can-Do-Attitude, Accountability, and Integrity
- Willing to be placed in all area in Indonesia.
