Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design visually compelling and functional interfaces for digital products.
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate product requirements into intuitive user interfaces and ensure technical feasibility.
Conduct user research and usability studies by using analytics and user feedback to understand behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
Iterate on design based on user insights and usability testing to ensure the interface is effective and user-friendly.
Maintain and evolve design systems and visual guidelines.

Kualifikasi

Min. 4 years of professional experience as UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar.
Proficient and familiarity with modern design tools & collaboration software (e.g., Figma, etc)
Experience in designing for mobile-first or commerce-related platforms.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and user empathy.
Self-driven and proactiveness in exploring design improvements.
Growth mindset and strong dedication to achieve master craftsmanship.
Effective communication to collaborate smoothly with internal teams and stakeholders.
(plus) Understanding of B2B enterprise software and design industry trends.
