Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design visually compelling and functional interfaces for digital products, focusing on layout, typography, color schemes, icons, and other graphic elements, while ensuring usability and visual consistency across platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes that clearly convey design intent to stakeholders and developers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate product requirements into intuitive user interfaces and ensure technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research and usability studies by using analytics and user feedback to understand behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
- Iterate on design based on user insights, usability testing, and stakeholder input to ensure the interface is effective and user-friendly.
- Participate in product grooming sessions to provide design input during feature exploration definition, and prioritization.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into working products.
- Document detailed UI specifications and interaction behavior, supporting engineers during implementation and QA teams during validation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration (e.g., Figma).
- Strong knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, layout, and iconography.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
- Familiarity with usability testing and design validation processes.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and user empathy.
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced R&D environment with changing priorities.
- Self-driven and proactive in exploring design improvements.
