Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Develop interactive prototypes to test and refine user flows and interactions.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
- Map out user journeys and design intuitive workflows to enhance usability.
- Optimize navigation, interaction, and overall experience based on user feedback.
- Maintain and enhance the consistency of the design system, ensuring alignment with the brand identity.
- Create style guides, UI pattern libraries, and reusable components.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Conduct usability tests and analyze results to validate design decisions.
- Iterate designs based on test findings and evolving user needs.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Propose and implement innovative design solutions to enhance user engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value to users.
- Fluent in English is a must
