Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Apply strong knowledge of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to create attractive, user-friendly designs.
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and generate insights.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Ensure smooth and intuitive user flows (UX) while also crafting consistent and appealing visual components (UI).
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for scalable and consistent design output.
- Organize content and navigation using effective information architecture strategies.
- Optionally, apply basic HTML/CSS knowledge to support communication with developers.
Kualifikasi
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly present and explain design ideas.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose creative, efficient solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
- Solid experience in UI design with an eye for detail in layout, color, typography, and iconography.
- In-depth understanding of user experience design and usability best practices.
- Hands-on experience with user testing methods such as usability tests and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Notion, Miro, Jira, or Trello for design documentation and task management.
- Experience in creating and managing design systems and maintaining consistency across designs.
