Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and create user personas.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Develop user flows and interactive experiences that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Junior (0-1 year of experience), Middle (2-4 years of experience), Senior (4+ years of experience)
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web app designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
