PT Karya Nusantara Terdepan (PT KNT) is a technology startup company specializing in management and consulting services. We are currently seeking candidates for an internship position that offers remote work opportunities from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

  1. User Research: Conduct thorough research to understand user behaviours, preferences, and needs. Utilize various methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
  2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts. Work closely with the team to gather feedback and refine designs for optimal user experience.
  3. Interface Design: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Apply design principles and best practices to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to bring designs to life. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall product.
  5. Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design decisions. Analyze results and incorporate feedback into design iterations to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
  6. Stay Updated on Design Trends: Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies. Apply industry best practices to deliver modern and innovative design solutions.
  7. Documentation: Maintain detailed design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and interaction patterns, to ensure consistency and clarity across the development process.
  8. Adaptability: Be adaptable to feedback and iterate designs based on input from stakeholders. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related discipline.
  2. Portfolio: Showcase a strong portfolio of design work, highlighting projects that demonstrate a solid understanding of UI/UX principles. Provide examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  3. Software Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard software. Familiarity with prototyping tools is a plus.
  4. Understanding of Design Principles: Possess a solid understanding of design principles, including colour theory, typography, and layout. Demonstrate the ability to apply these principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user interactions. Show an aptitude for translating complex ideas into simple and elegant design solutions.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  7. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrate openness to feedback and a willingness to contribute ideas to the overall design process.
  8. Initiative and Eagerness to Learn: Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends. Showcase a willingness to take initiative and go above and beyond the assigned tasks to contribute to the team's success.
