Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct end-to-end design processes from understanding business and user needs, creating concepts, wireframes, prototypes, to final UI designs ready for implementation.
- Coordinate with Product Managers to understand problems, feature requirements, user stories, and product priorities.
- Collaborate with UX Researchers to leverage research insights and validate solutions through usability testing or other methods.
- Develop and present design solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and validate ideas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree graduate from preferably Computer Science, Informatics/Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Product / UI Designer with experience in delivering end-to-end design for digital products.
- Proficient in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe Creative Suite, or other supporting tools.
- Understands UX/UI principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
- Able to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Familiar with usability testing, heuristics, and interpreting research insights.
- Understands design systems (creation & implementation).
