As a UGC Content & Community Manager, you will:
- Develop and propose daily UGC content ideas that align with brand objectives and target audience behavior.
- Stay highly alert to trending FYP topics on social media (especially TikTok) and quickly identify opportunities for the brand to tap in or create relevant content.
- Manage and maintain the comment sections across all UGC accounts to support algorithm performance, boost engagement, and strengthen brand awareness.
- Support the Strategic Research & Planner team in planning detailed UGC campaign schedules, including posting timelines, seeding, and ongoing maintenance.
- Monitor, report, and measure campaign performance to identify high-performing content and determine which assets should be boosted or repeated.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UGC, community management, or social-media-driven activation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Strong skills in content planning and campaign execution (UGC-focused).
- Highly updated with TikTok trends, community behavior, and UGC best practices.
