Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage liquidity and reserve requirements (GWM, PLM, RIM) in IDR and USD.
- Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity ratios.
- Execute placements, borrowings, and interbank transactions.
- Participate in Bank Indonesia operations (Repos, Reverse Repos, Time Deposits, Standing Facilities).
- Set Deposit On Call (DOC) rates aligned with market conditions.
- Operate OPICS system for treasury front activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience as Treasury Dealer (Money Market preferred).
- Strong knowledge of open market operations, liquidity management, and treasury products.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Treasury Certification (Dealer Level 5 – Basic)
- Risk Management Certification (min. Level 4)
