Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing the banking relationship such as updating of bank mandates, handling ad hoc KYC requirements of the companies and bank authorized signed as required by the bank (21 Bank, 47 Accounts)
- Simplify banking structure by identifying core banks to be used for operations
- Automate cash pooling from collection account to concentration account till the bank account is closed
- Identify the AR Collection account & work out a plan with business to close down the bank accounts
- Project Manage and implement changes for bank structure simplification, automate cash pooling
- Cash management-related activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, analysis, cash reconciliations; arranging for funding requirement
- Managing credit facilities and bank guarantee issuances
- Any regulatory reporting that is required such as central bank reporting.
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports of Treasury
- Manage ad-hoc/special projects
- Abide by the IBM policies and Treasury guidelines in daily operation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
- At least 3 years experience within treasury. Relevant background experience in bank relationship management and cash forecasting will be a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Fluent in speaking and written English, Indonesia
- Skilled in spreadsheet and some knowledge of excel macro.
- Knowledge of banking system is an advantage.
