Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of various departments.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities for employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design training materials and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
